To start, Rachel Goodwin -chanel mua- says, “I prepped Emma’s skin with Le Blanc de Chanel Sheer Illuminating Base, then applied Vitalumiere Aqua Compact Foundation in 10 Beige, buffed with a soft synthetic brush. I lined her lids with Revlon ColorStay eyeliner in Charcoal, and applied a wash of Chanel Illusion D’Ombre Eyeshadow in Abstraction, a shimmery peach rose shade available now in Europe, with les expressions de Chanel coll. I finished with two coats of Chanel Inimitable Intense Mascara in Noir and extended the length of her brows with Revlon Brow Fantasy in Dark Blonde.”

To give Emma a little cheek color without overpowering her, Goodwin likes to “define her cheekbones with a hint of warmth from a sheer lip color,” she says. “I dabbed a bit of Revlon Lip Butter in Brown Sugar to her cheekbones. It adds a hint of transparent color that also gives a pretty glow to her skin, which I love.”

“The focal point of the makeup was definitely the lip,” Goodwin continues. “I used Chanel Rouge Coco Rivoli. I love the contrast of a deep lip shade on fair skin; it’s always so arresting and takes a real commitment to wear. Only a girl with real confidence can pull it off with grace.”
